Apple and Sweet Potato Bake (featuring sweet potato or yams)
2 sweet or yams (pricket and cooked in microwave)
3 apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 Cup water
2 tbsp. corn starch
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp salt
Slice and peel yams and apples and place in caserole dish
Mix rest of the ingredients in pan and heat until bubble and pour over yams
bake 350 for 1 hour
